I am certain my phone had spyware installed and everyone now has access to my phone calls, text messages and able to listen to my live conversations. What is the law in Georgia for cell phone spyware and how do I prosecute this stalker?

Well for one, your cell-phone company would have detected this almost instantaniously, it’s likely a hidden application hence why they did not find it. But uhhh, they invented these wonderful people, they are called lawyers goofy!!! CALL ONE AND GET HIS ASS A CLASS A MISDEMENOR!
