Concern by : Is there a app for the motorola droid that would text a specified amount about where i have arrived somewhere?

Okay, so i have a grandma that continuously wants to know when i have arrived someplace and if I have arrived securely and all that very good stuff. I am not hunting for a full GPS monitoring application, but does any person know of an app that would use GPS to know when i have arrived at a provided location and instantly textual content/notify a presented mobile mobile phone variety?

Whatsoever occurred to just finding up the mobile phone and rapidly declaring im here properly?? It doesnt kill you to do and it normally takes ten seconds.
