Question by Kevin P: Do the police tap onto your SIM card or your phone itself?
Today i got my phone back that the police were holding onto until my friend went to court. Im not entirely sure if my phone has been bugged or not, but if it was is my SIM bugged or my cell phone itself?

they normally tap the sim card, but the phone its self could be bugged, they normally do both, but the most common bug happens in the phone its self
