Question by Some Guy: How can you make a cell phone/ landline bug from scratch?
Just for fun, I want to see if I can do it and if it will work. I am going to bug my own phone lol who knows maybe it will come in handy some day. I am on a budget so this is strictly DIY, what parts would I need and how do I put it together/ install it?

I would say that you will need to deformate the case of the cell phone… This requires a lot of machinery tools to use to make such phone! First, know the basics of how the cell phone is made.
