I am getting this message from ID – Net MAIL. It also has a contact detail : shellpro0@yahoo.co.uk
I am consistently getting the same message in each 2 mins. Please help.

You can usually block them. Or you can do what I do answer the phone and tell then to cease or I would get them for harrasment. Most of the time it operates.
