Question by Guppy: How do I cease myself from disliking when my teacher calls?
I am house schooled. This teacher lady I’ve never met calls me at least as soon as a week, to give me a lesson about ELA. Final year she did it with Social Studies.
I hate speaking, either on the phone or in true life. I get panicky the day she calls..Practically a panic attack, I do have a Panic disorder and Social Anxiousness Disorder.
How do I get in touch with myself down?

i have anxiousness too,but im not residence schooled,all i can say is dont look at her as a bad particular person,shes just calling you to make positive that your on track with your function,thats all,appear at her as your pal,hope i helped excellent luck =)
