Question by babygirl31: What to do when a detective calls when you haven’t broken any laws?
A friend of mine received a telephone call on her cell phone from a detective. She went through all of her paperwork to see if she missed a court date or didn’t pay some tickets and found nothing. Well she is really stressing out about this because she hasn’t done anything wrong. What should she do at this point, she doesn’t want to call and get setup or anything. BTW, the detective never told her the nature of the call nor did he call her back.

I would forget about it. If thye show up at her door, I wouldn’t even let them in to talk to me unless they had a warrant.
